Once we source our computers and technology items, we securely transport them to our store for
processing. The first step is categorization—sorting each device by brand, year of manufacture, generation,
and physical condition. From there, we begin individual testing and systematically record the details in our
Excel database.
Our inspection process includes securely wiping hard drives using KillDisk, testing tablets and phones with
Blackbelt360, and diagnosing Apple computers using Apple Recovery and diagnostic tools. We also assess
battery health, identify device grading, and perform additional condition checks to ensure quality.
After completing our thorough evaluation and refurbishment, we list the items for sale across multiple
platforms, including our storefront, eBay store, website, and social media channels.

Google Business page, with nearly five-star reviews, showcases customer trust and satisfaction. We also
engage with our audience through our Yelp profile, where customers can discover and review our services.
On social media, we connect with our community through our Facebook page (EZBUY USA), Instagram
(EZBUY LLC), YouTube channel (EZBUY LLC), and TikTok business account (EZBUY LLC), sharing
updates, promotions, and insights into our latest inventory.
Additionally, we actively communicate with customers via WhatsApp, providing prompt responses and
